Two methods for resetting your password

Important: if you have updated your Minecraft username in the last year your username on the website may have been changed to reflect this
Reset password in-game

You can reset your password on our Minecraft server, to do this just run the command “/resetpassword” then follow the instructions on-screen to reset your password.

Reset password using email

You can also reset your password by sending an email to the email address attached to you account. To do this enter your username or email address below.
